They will share their powerful story of losing their son to addiction and homelessness. We will also talk about reasons people are homeless which can stem from many factors including trauma. Learn about the complexities of addiction like trauma, genetics, co-occurring disorders, mental health challenges and more. You'll also learn about the need for medical detox services, detox seizures, lack of help for the addicted, and holes in the system.
